Dave is a Founder and Managing Director of Argent Wealth Management, LLC. He is one of our most seasoned advisors and provides holistic tax and financial advisory services, utilizing his comprehensive technical knowledge of asset allocation models, investment products and strategies, risk management, insurance, option strategies, retirement and gift planning, and income tax planning for high net-worth individuals and their families.

Dave's career began in the tax division of Arthur Andersen in 1984, providing tax advice to high net-worth individuals and large financial institutions, such as banks and insurance companies. In 1987, Dave assumed responsibility for and organized the financial planning practice in the firm's Boston office.

In 1992, Dave started The Duchesneau Group, Inc. in Weston, MA, building on his unique concept of a fee-for-services-based business. The Duchesneau Group changed its name to Argent Wealth Management, and until 2023 Dave remained CEO of Argent Wealth Management.

Dave attended Bryant University from 1977 to 1981 where he earned a BSBA in accounting and he attended Western New England School of Law from 1981 to 1984 where he earned a Juris Doctor

Dave is licensed to practice law in MA and CT. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and he is licensed in MA as a Certified Public Accountant.
